The flow between the living and kitchen areas allows you to be together but enjoying the different spaces depending on how you choose to relax during your stay.

The second family room has a tv, sofas and underfloor heating. Both living spaces and the kitchen are located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is between the two family rooms and has a dining table set to seat 6, which extends to comfortably sit 8 people. 

The kitchen is very well equipped and mod cons include induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine.

The bedrooms are all on the first floor. This large master bedroom sleeps two people (one double bed).

All of our bedrooms feature storage space for your clothes during your stay.

Also on the first floor, this standard sized double bedroom sleeps two people (one double bed).

All of our bedrooms enjoy different angles of country village views. This bedroom looks out over the beautiful cottages across the road and the fields beyond.

This separate double bedroom sleeps two people and can be set as twin single beds or as a king sized double bed. This bedroom is located up a separate staircase to the other bedrooms.

The family bathroom is mid-way up the main staircase and has a toilet, sink, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. It features a large skylight that lets in a huge amount of natural light.

The garden to the rear opens out to a surprisingly large space with apple and plum trees that guests can help themselves to when the season is right!

The garden has an open stone shed with outdoor furniture and BBQ for guests to use.

The separate double bedroom overlooks the path down to the walled garden to the rear of the property.

The views over the rooftops to the fields are wonderful.

There is a cloakroom area with pegs and a shoe rack. The nearby utility room houses the heating controls for the central heating, the washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop etc. There is double glazing throughout the property.

Guests will be provided with a starter pack of key items (basic cleaning supplies and some individually wrapped teabags/coffee pods to get you started) and initial fuel for the wood burning stove.
